EVA foam fender

Polyurethane elastomer

A novel polymer synthetic material between rubber and plastic, which has both the high strength of plastic and the high elasticity of rubber.


Its characteristics are:

1. 3-5 times U of natural rubber with high wear resistance

2. Good oil resistance is 4 times that of rubber

3. High mechanical strength Its tearing strength, tearing strength and load bearing capacity are many times higher than ordinary rubber

4. Excellent acid and alkali resistance, low temperature resistance and solvent resistance

5. High bonding strength with metal skeleton plate


Solid polyurethane floating fender (against the ball) Biggest advantages of EVA fender:

1. It has floating performance and is not affected by the ebb and flow of tides.

2. Bright colors can be provided according to customer requirements.

3. Compared with the inflatable arc, the use of the process does not need to supplement gas, not afraid of scratching, not afraid of friction, seawater resistance, acid and alkali resistance of up to 15-30 years, with safety and maintenance free.
